About

I’m Jeroen; part human, part science project.

By day I work in a technical company, where everything has to be precise and efficient. By night (and weekends, and random Tuesdays) I turn that same mindset on myself, testing how far curiosity can go before it gets weird.

What happens if you walk barefoot for 30 days?
Or take 20 grams of creatine a day just to see what happens?
How much peace can you find when you stop drinking coffee — or when you try not to lose your mind in silence?

I’m not a biohacker, guru, or health preacher. I just like to turn theories into real-life experiments; track what happens, write about it, and maybe learn something along the way.

This blog is my open lab journal. A mix of data, reflection. Some experiments work. Some don’t. All of them teach me something, usually the hard way.

Read along, steal ideas, or just enjoy watching me make controlled mistakes in the name of curiosity.
